Frequently Asked Questions

When is the best time to see the pandas active?
Mornings, 8:00–10:30. That's why we start early — afternoon pandas are napping pandas.
How spicy is "Sichuan spicy"?
Real mapo tofu is numbing-spicy. Our cooking class teaches the authentic version and a mild one — your choice.
Can I hold a panda?
No — and beware anyone who offers. Ethical operators (us included) don't do it.
